The company’s rig - semi-submersible Maersk Developer - has returned to the field after a sublet to Anadarko Petroleum. The US independent used the rig to drill its Phobos discovery.
The Logan appraisal, which may also include a sidetrack, is expected to take 90 days to drill and will be the determining factor on if and how development of the find moves forward.
