The company posted a net income of $36.1 million for the three months ended 30 September, compared to $23.7 million for the same period in 2012.
Oil, gas and natural gas liquids (NGLs) revenue was 13% higher than last year, at $255.8 million.
Average daily output grew by 18% from 41,800 barrels of oil equivalent per day to 49,400 boepd. The production mix was 40% oil, 51% natural gas and 9% NGLs.
