In an announcement made to the Australian Securities Exchange, Strike said results obtained from the Le Chiffre-1 and Klebb-1 have de-risked project resources and cost estimates ahead of the next stage of the project.
The Klebb-1 well was drilled to a total depth of 2193 metres and cased to allow for future fracture stimulation and flow testing.
Wireline logs showed more than 145 metres of net coal pay, including 89 metres in the Patchawarra formation.
