“The final paperwork will be signed shortly,” T&T president Mauricio Garrido told Upstream sister publication TradeWinds. “We intend to focus on areas like emergency response while Bisso will be more focused on the oil & gas industry- piplelines, heavylift projects and areas like that.”
Following completion of the acquisition, the remaining entity will be renamed T&T Salvage LLC, part of a broader rebranding initiative.
