The ASX- andAIM-listed explorer said that 39-year-old Wall, a former oil & gas equityanalyst and Woodside Petroleum team leader for budgeting and strategic planning, would begin the new postimmediately.
Powell andnon-executive director Max de Vietri resigned in February saying they had lostthe support of several major shareholders.
Their decisionscame a week after it emerged that Australia’s regulators had declined to grantan extension to the Perth-based explorer’s two remaining offshore permits in the country.
The
