The deal concerns a tie-back to the Pickerill A platform and includes the installation of a 22-kilometre rigid flowline, a 22-kilometre static controls umbilical, riser, 16-inch J-tube assembly and a 100-tonne manifold.
The work will be undertaken by Technip’s operating centres in Aberdeen, Scotland and Oslo, Norway and will utilise Technip’s Apache II and Normand Pioneer vessels.
The contract is expected to be completed by the end of this year.
