The Oslo-listed company has signed a letter of award withWesternGeco for the Schlumberger seismic unit’s 12-streamer vessel Geco Eaglefor 3D multi-client projects in northwest Europe.
The summer seismic charter is to begin on or before 1 Apriland run for three months with an optional three-month extension.
The company used the same vessel for a 3D shoot over a pairof ConocoPhillips-operated blocks in Angola’s pre-salt in late 2012.
