The Italian contractor has hired the United ArabEmirates-based owner to provide nine offshore support vessels for Lukoil’s VladimirFilanovsky oil and gas field in the Russian sector of the sea.
The deal is worth around $20 million to Topaz.
Last year Lukoil contracted Saipem to nstall anice-resistant fixed platform as well as living quarter, central processing andriser platforms and bridges at Filanovsky.
The work will be carried out in two periods between March andNovember 2013 and 2014 due water in the winter.
