Pacific NorthWest LNG has doled out the work to a KBR-JGC consortium, Bechtel and another collaboration of Technip, Samsung and China Huanqiu, according to a statement Tuesday.
The collaboration between the subsidiary of Malaysia's state-runPetronas and Japan's Japex aims to export up to 12 million tonnes per annum ofLNG from Montney shale gas feedstock from a site near Prince Rupert.
The Pacific NorthWest LNG project also aims to hire 30 Canadian engineers and make them part of the
