Triyards said Wong Bheet Huan wouldstep down from the role on Saturday but would remain anon-independent director and act as an advisor to the company.
Replacing Wong will be Chan Eng Yew whohad served as the chief financial officer for Ezra affiliate companyEOC since 2007.
In a separate announcement EOC saidChan would be replaced by JasonGoh who currently serves as Ezra's general manager for corporatefinance.
