Tullow said it had agreed to sell 53.1% of its Schooner unit interest, where it currently holds a 93.1% stake, and 60% of its wholly-owned Ketch asset for a total consideration equivalent to $75.6 million plus a royalty on future Schooner developments.
Upstream reported earlier this month that Tullow had seen interest in some of its UK southern North Sea assets.
