The Bath-based company, which has in recent months hatched anumber of farm-in deals, intends to be listed on London’s junior AlternativeInvestment Market by the end of this month.
Alongside the initial public offering, the explorer plans ashare sale at £0.25 ($0.38) a piece.
Shore Capital and Corporate has been enlisted as adviser.
