The Vancouver-based player said on Wednesdayit has “amicably resolved the issues” it referred to a Conciliation Committee regardingthe abrupt revocation of its technical evaluation agreement to explore LakeKivu by Rwanda’s Ministry of Natural Resources last year.
Vanoil did not give any details on theresolution the two parties have reached. Shares dropped more than 11% on theToronto Stock Exchange following the announcement.
