Oslo-headquartered Oceanteam, which alsooperates out of Amsterdam, is taking a 40% stake in the venture, financialdetails of which were not disclosed.
Oceanteam owns and operates deep-waterconstruction support and pipelay vessels as well as fast support vessels.
