Voelte also serves as the chiefexecutive and managing director of Seven Group Holdings (SGH) andtold the Nexus board that, given SGH's strategic focus onopportunities in the oil gas sector, his position at Nexus was nolonger appropriate.
Nexus said Voelte's resignation wouldtake immediate effect but did not reveal who would take over hisduties on the company's board.
