"The board has accepted the resignation of the CEO, Dr Julie Beeby, who will be leaving the company by the end of August to pursue new career opportunities,” WestSide executive chairman Angus Karroll said.
"The board thanks Julie for her valuable contribution to the company. Julie is timing her departure to assist a smooth leadership transition."
He added that the company planned to recruit a “suitably experienced replacement” that will focus on production and lifting field performance.
