The Australian company said on Wednesday it had received confirmation that the proposed amendments to its work programme would be submitted for consideration by the board of petroleum industry regulator PetroSeychelles in early October.
The amendments include an extension to recently agreed deals for a proposed 3D seismic acquisition programme.
WHL said it had also renewed its farm-out campaign following the recent successful meetings in Seychelles.
