The company collected more than 7500 samples from the Toson Tolgoi and Talbulag basins and analysed about 522 for oil and gas.
High gravity oil seeps were found in 90 of the samples and medium gravity oil seeps were found in 32 of the samples.
Wolf Petroleum said the geochemical results were encouraging.
The test confirmed an active petroleum system in the basins on the company’s 100%-owned Sukbaatar Block.
