Based in the Australian state of Queensland, Wood Group Wagners was formed in March 2010 by energy services player Wood Group PSN and Australian materials supplier Wagners Oil & Gas.
Wood Group said on Wednesday it had acquired Wagners’ 45% shareholding in the joint business. The company’s name will change to WGPSN Queensland and it will now become part of Wood Group PSN’s Australian operations.
