At the company’s annual general meeting held in Perth, Western Australia on Wednesday, chief executive Peter Coleman said the decision to shelve its proposal for an onshore plant at James Price Point was “by no means the end of Woodside’s plans to develop the world-class Browse resources”.
“We have already re-engaged the Browse joint venture participants and intend to begin evaluation of other development concepts,” he said.
