The deal will see WorleyParsons provide personnel to support engineering, procurement and construction activities at the development and is expected to generate $82 million in revenue for the company.
WorleyParsons will also develop a project management system for the project during its execution from design engineering through to commissioning.
The company revealed the contract would cover a number of facilities at the development in southern Iraq, including central processing facilities, gas treatment facilities, well pads, produced water treatment and related offsites and utilities.
