The facility has been shut in since the incident on 23 April.
The two units back in service have a combined processing capacity of 395 million cubic feet of gas per day.
The unit hit by fire, TXP-3, as well as two other units remain offline.
Williams Partners said that its initial finding from inspections has been that a release of natural gas subsequently ignited, leading to the blast and fire.
