The company posted a loss of $67,565 in 2013, down from a loss of $106,227 in the previous year.
Revenue overall in 2013 was $8.9 compares with the $205.2 million made in 2012, which included $195.6 in income from the dissolution of the company’s joint venture with Hess.
However, oil and gas revenue only modestly decreased during the year.
The loss from the Hess dissolution was partially offset by revenue from a South Texas well, which increased by $700,000 and increased revenue from the Moulton acreage.
