The application, developed with support from Shell, has been used for several months in an early access programme. During the trial period, customers identified a number of “use cases”, Aveva says, including collaborative design reviews, constructability reviews, the creation of commissioning plans, central control room overviews and preventive maintenance scheduling. Detailed, interactive graphics helped users troubleshoot assets and plan project modifications.
