The new SLS2000 light source measures 30 millimetres in diameter by 70 millimetres in length and is designed to provide a light source to saturation divers using an LED attached to the umbilical.
PLS earlier this year launched the SLS7000, a deepwater version of LIGHTPATH that can help identify the position and orientation of seabed operations down to 3000 metres to reduce the time for installation, maintenance and repair by work-class ROVs.
