MacArthur founded Genesis Solutions, which ABS bought in 2012 and now forms the heart of the group’s asset performance optimisation division. He thinks of AIM in the context of a vertical stack of assets in combination with a horizontal stack of capabilities and requirements, such as processes and functions.
“Integrity is doing what you say you’re going to do,” MacArthur says.
