Under the contract, HHI will expand existing facilities in the project's third phase as well as construct onshore and offshore gas development facilities for Chevron Nigeria, a 60:40 joint venture between Nigerian National Petroleum and ChevronTexaco.
HHI plans to complete the contract by the first-half of 2008, according to a Dow Jones report.
