The contract will see Wood Group deliver industrial services to the St Fergus gas processing plant in Aberdeenshire and the Mossmorran gas processing plant and Braefoot Bay marine terminal in Fife.
Wood Group Industrial Services will provide fabric integrity maintenance and site support at the assets under the contract, which carries an option to be extended out to four years.
The contract will start immediately and Wood Group said it built on its 20-year history of supporting Shell on the assets covered by the award.
