FMC’s announcement comes as confirmation of an exclusive news report written and published by Upstream on 11 May.
FMC said the deal includes 10 shallow-water trees, umbilicals and surface control systems and deliveries are scheduled to begin later this month.
The Cantarell field is the largest of Mexico's oilfields. It lies in 150 feet of water in the Bay of Campeche.
