The contractor did not disclose a purchase price for the transaction to the affiliate of LevineLeichtman Capital Partners Private Capital Solutions.
The Tupelo, Mississippi-based business has operations in China and Salt Lake City, with offices in Germany,Mexico, Singapore and Canada and manufactures conveyor and vibratory equipment.
"FMCTechnologies will retain its engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC)systems business supplying material handling systems and equipment to variousindustries around the world," the engineering company said.
