The assets hold about 41 net billion cubic feet equivalent of proven reserves based on the company's estimates and produced at an average rate of 13 million cubic feet equivalent per day in December.
That put the sale price at $2.44 per thousand cubic foot equivalent of proven reserves, the company said.
