Under the terms of the deal, Arc will buy Imperial's interests in the Redwater field, along with Imperial's and ExxonMobil's interests in the ExxonMobil-operated North Pembina Cardium field.
Oil and gas production from these two properties averaged about 5460 barrels of oil equivalent per day during the third quarter of 2005.
