The move was not unexpected as OSX has been poised to sell the floating production, storage and offloading units OSX-1 and OSX-2 to raise money to climb out of debt.
"The amounts claimed as a result of such contract terminations will be discussed and addressed in the context of the reorganisation of the company and its subsidiaries," oil and gas outfit OGX said in a statement to markets Monday night.
