Oilfab's parent, OilCorp said in a Malaysian stock exchange announcement that the contract covers the engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of the four platforms for the Block B-17 project.
Block B-17 lies 268 kilometres east of Songkhla, Thailand and 171 kilometres north-east of Kota Baru, in Malaysia's Kelantan state.
The work is expected to be finished between May 2008 to September 2008.
