"In order to find that balance between export and domestic needs, without penalising or threatening future projects, a working group is being established to consider the options of developing a national gas plan," said Australia's Resources Minister Ian Macfarlane.
“We are experiencing unprecedented growth in the LNG export market and, at the same time, Australian governments are moving to solidly increase our use of natural gas domestically – as a cheap and plentiful Australian energy source.”
