Ho will oversee SMOE's business operations and strategic development. The company was recently acquired by publicly-listed offshore fabricator and shipbuilder SembCorp Marine.
Ho holds a Master of Science degree from Imperial College, University of London, and has held various senior positions during his 37-year career.
