The Momoho prospect could hold either oil or gas, and lies between the Central Field Area currently being developed and the Kupe South-5 oil discovery, project partner New Zealand Oil & Gas said.
The Ensco 107 will install the Kupe wellhead platform in the middle of the year , after which the rig will be used to drill the three Kupe production wells.
