OGDC said the share offering would comprise up to 322,460,900 shares, which corresponds to 7.5% of the total share capital of the company.
After completion, the government's shareholding will be 67.5%, while OGDC's employee empowerment trust will remain at 10% and floating shares will total 22.5%.
The share offering consists of an international institutional offer; a domestic institutional offer; and a domestic offer to the general public including a portion reserved for OGDC employees.
