Ramunia said its scope of work would comprise the EPC of the jacket for the East Belumut A platform and the EPC and commissioning of the topsides for the same platform.
It is understood one more platform contract plus pipeline and platform installation is to be awarded.
Newfield’s East Belumut and Chermingat fields are due on stream in January or February 2008 at a gross rate of about 15,000 barrels of oil per day.
