Bounty Oil, which operates Block PEP-11, recently agreed a farm with Australia's Asset Energy. Under the deal, Asset will earn 25% of the block by paying for 1500 kilometres of seismic.
Asset would earn an extra 60% by paying for the drilling of the Biggus-1 exploration well, which has potential upside reserves of up to 1.2 trillion cubic feet of recoverable gas.
