Beach posted a loss of A$588.8 million (US$443.5 million) for the 12 months to 30 June, a 15% increase on the A$514.1 million loss booked the previous financial year.
Hitting profits was A$634.6 million in non-cash impairment charges, which were mainly related to its Cooper basin assets due to lower oil prices. However, this was a decrease on last year’s A$789.1
