WorleyParsons and Kanfa Aragon have joined the engineering team for Flex LNG’s first floating production unit.
Oslo-listed Flex LNG has begun project-specific FEED for the hull of the vessel, which is slated to be installed off Papua New Guinea.
Australia’s Worley and Kanfa Aragon, a Norwegian gas processing outfit, have launched FEED work for the topsides, Flex said.
Shipyard Samsung Heavy Industries of South Korea remains responsible for overall design, engineering, construction and commissioning of the FLNG unit.
