Fluor said today the value of the contract was US$3.5 billion, and it covered the upstream facilities needed to develop the onshore coalbed methane gas fields that will provide feedstock for the 991 million cubic feet per day LNG project.
Fluor had previously done the upstream front-end engineering design contract for Gladstone LNG, and the early works contract.
