The deal will add three dynamically-positioned drillships, two conventionally-moored drillships, a conventionally-moored deep-water semi-submersible drilling rig, and a dynamically- positioned floating, production storage and offloading vessel to the Noble Drilling fleet.
The dynamically-positioned drillships include two Bully-class joint venture-owned rigs under construction, while the conventionally-moored drillships include one that is Arctic-class.
