The US supermajor sold off its 50% interest in LL Investicijos, with joint venture partner and Swedish independent Tethys Oil picking up at least a portion of the stake.
Tethys now owns a 30% stake in the Rietavas licence in western Lithuania, a 2400-square-kilometre tranche prospective for shale gas and oil, located north of the Silute-Taurage gas block.
