The Afgas-Sonogas joint venture aims to bring to market gas supplies in Equatorial Guinea, Nigeria and Cameroon through liquefied natural gas facilities in Equatorial Guinea.
Afgas will be responsible for providing subsea pipelines and related infrastructure for the projects and will achieve this through its agreement with Amec. Afgas will also team up with engineering contractor Acergy in a separate deal.
