London-headquartered shipbroking giant Clarksons has been appointed by administrators as sellers of what was the prized asset of the once Goldman Sachs-backed subsea umbilicals, risers and flowlines (SURF) contractor.

The vessel remains at Lloyd Werft in Germany, where it was partially built – although it is now completed.

It was to have been used off Angola after a tie-up between Ceona and Interoil Angola.
