Mark Preece, who was at the helm of London-headquartered Ceona when it filed for administration in September, has been named executive chairman of Aberdeen-based Project Development International (PDi) after the latter’s purchase by Tattva International Holdings.
PDi was bought in mid-2012 by Offshore Installation Group (OIG), the previous incarnation of Ceona, for an undisclosed sum.
PDi managing director Mark Gillespie will remain in his position following the takeover by Tattva, part of India’s Tattva Group.
