The company said an inspection of Surmont well pads, processing facilities, water wells and residences showed "very minor damage" following the wildfire, but indicated no impact to ongoing operations.
Production is expected to ramp-up to pre-shutdown levels of about 30,000 barrels of oil per day (bpd) net to ConocoPhillips. Surmont is operated by ConocoPhillips under a 50/50 joint venture agreement with Total E&P Canada.
