Under the first agreement, Dana will pay $93 million for a 15% working interest in the production sharing contracts for the onshore blocks 352a and 353 in the Sbaa basin, where about 2.6 trillion cubic feet of recoverable gas have been found to date.
Dana will also take on a 25% interest in the producing Anglia gas field and associated UK North Sea Blocks 48/18b, 48/19b and 48/19e, a 22.113%
